The search is on to find alternative premises for GPA to continue their activities and service
Our landlord has decided to increase the rent from £15,000.00 per year to £35,000.00. Although this may be the current market value for the property, we feel the building is not up to the standard of achieving £35,000.00. As many of you know we have had various issues within the building since we moved in September 2018 which remain unresolved with many more occurring during our time here.
We have therefore had to give 3 months notice which means that we need to find alternative premises or face having to dissolve GPA after 37 years.
Can anyone help us in our premises search? We require a space no smaller than 9,000 sqft with a car park to park our van and for members visiting. Good transport links and a Central Glasgow location. Fully functional heating and lighting would be fantastic.
